An independent brand & design agency based in London. They have clients in Drinks, FMCG, Automotive, Travel and Retail. Valuing the strategy discipline, they want to scale up their offering under the leadership of a talented Head of Strategy
The day-to-day
You'll work closely with senior management and other internal teams to deliver best-in-class creative work. Developing strategy across branding, packaging and activation. You'll have the freedom to build and grow a team. A trusted partner inspiring clients at a senior level. As a thought leader, you'll produce content to promote the agency.
Who you are and what you need
A natural leader, you know how to motivate and get the best out of people. You'll be an experienced creative strategist at the top of your game, you'll have an eye for design and a natural flair for writing.
- At least 8 years experience in a creative strategy role
- A track record in brand positioning, brand architecture, brand identity, NPD/packaging and activation
- Entrepreneurial with bags of initiative
- Excellent story-telling abilities
- Able to simplify the complex into a clear compelling narrative
